At Infinix Biz PLT, we are committed to providing high-quality baby products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used baby care products
  • Feeding items such as bottles and nipples
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the error is on our side.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our support team for assistance.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are not refundable.
